Refund policy
We have replacement policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a replacement only in case the product has been received in a damaged condition with a video proof of unboxing the parcel from start to end of unboxing without edits/cuts showing the damaged state
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, along with a video of unboxing without any edits to video or tampering or unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Return of product to be sent at customers expense and will be throughly checked once the return is received, if the return check is passed, we will intiate a replacement product for delivery

Refunds
We accept order cancelations if the products are not dispatched from our warehouse, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
